Even if you don’t normally work out in the morning during the year, the summer is a great time to do this because sunrise is earlier and you can take advantage the outdoors before it gets really hot. Try Grilled Vegetables
Hotdogs and burgers don’t have to be the only good things to eat at a barbecue: Grilled vegetables like red peppers, eggplant, zucchini, tomatoes, onions, and mushrooms are great grilled with some olive oil, salt and pepper are filling and healthy. Combine them on a stick with meat to make a kebab.
Infuse Sparkling Water
It’s important to stay hydrated in the summer, but drinking plain water gets boring. Trade in soda and sugary iced teas and lemonade for sparkling water infused with flavors like grapefruit, cherry and lime. It’s a low-calorie way to quench thirst, and is easy to make.
